Dr Connor graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Queen’s University Belfast in 2012. Since graduating, he has undertaken extensive postgraduate training across multiple areas of advanced dentistry, with a particular focus on implant dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and conscious sedation. His commitment to continuing education and advanced clinical training has allowed him to develop a comprehensive approach to complex restorative and surgical dental care.

Following graduation, Dr Connor completed a one-year postgraduate training placement at the Edinburgh Postgraduate Dental Institute, where he worked alongside and was mentored by some of the UK’s leading specialist clinicians. During this time, he further expanded his knowledge and clinical experience in prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary treatment planning and advanced patient care. In 2015, he successfully completed the Primary Examinations for entry to the Royal College of Surgeons. He then continued to pursue advanced education internationally, and in 2017 commenced a Postgraduate Diploma in Conscious Sedation and Pain Management at the University of Sydney. Dr Connor was one of only four dentists accepted into the program across Australia that year. In 2018, he became registered as an AHPRA-endorsed Dental Sedationist, allowing him to provide intravenous conscious sedation for anxious and complex surgical patients.

In 2022, Dr Connor completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology through the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology. His clinical practice has since become heavily focused on implant dentistry and oral surgery, including full-arch rehabilitation, implant-supported restorations, bone grafting procedures, and complex extractions. He has a particular interest in digitally guided implant workflows, advanced treatment planning, and the integration of modern digital technologies into surgical and restorative dentistry.

Dr Connor is also recognised internationally for his commitment to implant education and clinical excellence, holding both Fellowship and Mastership status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a local mentor for the Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology through the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology, assisting and guiding other dentists in developing their surgical and restorative implant skills. These roles reflect his ongoing dedication to implant education, clinical mentorship, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Known for his calm and patient-focused approach, Dr. Connor is committed to helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey. By combining advanced surgical techniques with conscious sedation, he aims to provide a more relaxed and positive dental experience, particularly for patients undergoing complex implant or oral surgery procedures.
